An American Marriage by Tayari Jones has been on my TBR list for quite some time. The book has plenty of acclaim and earlier this year, Oprah chose it for her 2018 Oprah’s Book Club selection.

My Ex-Life by Stephen McCauley is such an enjoyable book. The premise is original and it all revolves around the idea that family is what you make it. And that love can appear in many forms.

My Ex-Life is the latest novel by Stephen McCauley. He’s the author of six previous novels, including The Object of My Affection, True Enough and Alternatives to Sex. This is the first novel I’ve read from him.

I could not put down The Perfect Mother by Aimee Molloy. As a result, I’m really tired and drinking more coffee than normal. But it was worth it, I had to know how it would end. And it definitely surprised me.

When Life Gives You Lululemons by Lauren Weisberger revisits many beloved characters from The Devil Wears Prada series. I’ve seen lots of #bookstagram love on Instagram for How to Walk Away by Katherine Center. I actually did an Instagram poll on which book to read and a majority said to read this one. So excited to see what’s in store.

Limelight by Amy Poeppel is everything I hoped it would be and more. Full of humor with plenty of heart, it’s such an enjoyable book. This is Poeppel’s second book and I really like her writing style. There’s such an ease to it and the witty dialogue is fresh and realistic.

Limelight by Amy Poeppel is her second novel. Her first book, Small Admissions, is an enjoyable coming of age tale with a different take on the New York private school scene. I’m excited to see what’s in store with Limelight, especially as this one has received a lot of buzz.
