The High Season by Judy Blundell is called the ideal summer read. So, time to read this one before summer officially ends!

August is unofficially the last summer month. Although in most of the country, the heat remains in September. Still, it’s a slower month as families take their last vacations before schools are back in session. Here are my August 2018 book recommendations for you to read on vacation.

What I love about these summer months is how people take books on their vacations and make time during lazy weekends to read. Another great thing about summer? There’s so many new book releases. And I’ve read some great stories recently. Here are my book recommendations for June 2018.

The other day my friend and I talked about book recommendations. She says her book club only selects “beach reads” in the summer, which she thinks to read by the season is a silly concept. But it’s one that many people follow year after year, especially in summertime months.
