There’s plenty of celebrities from the huge Hollywood star Jackson Crane (who is also an alcoholic and drug addict) to Freddie Hunter, a boy bander turned TV host who reveals secrets of his friends to the press. Do you think any of these characters and other famous ones in the novel were based on real-life celebrities? If so, who?

Another huge revelation is that Annie was actually the one in the car with Jackson and help covered up the murder. Did you see that reveal coming at all?
